Genomics For Dummies

A blog where we explore the science and new developments in the field of genomics and precision medicine.

About

Hi everyone! I’m Aditi, a board-certified London-based Family Medicine doctor with a special interest in genomics and personalized medicine. I have a Masters of Science in Genomic Medicine, and am super passionate about making this seemingly complicated field of medicine accessible to all.

Genomics really is the future, and this fast-evolving field of medicine is leading to life-changing diagnostic and therapeutic products for cancers and many other disease areas. It’s also helping us more accurately select effective therapies for patients based on their individual genes – what’s known as “personalized medicine”.

In Genomics for Dummies, we’ll explore the science of Genomics as well as new developments in the field in a way that’s hopefully easy for people of all backgrounds – technical or non-technical – to understand. If you’d like to collaborate or request that I write about a specific topic, please get in touch 🙂

Note: All posts are written by me alone – no ChatGPT
